These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RideAssist (the "app"). By installing, accessing, or paying for RideAssist, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of service
RideAssist is a driver-assistance tool for Android that reads ride offers on supported ride-hailing driver apps (currently Ola and Rapido) and automatically accepts or declines them according to rules you configure, such as minimum fare, maximum distance, and drop-location filters.
2. Eligibility and accounts
RideAssist is intended for licensed drivers who actively use a supported ride-hailing platform. Individual ("lite") accounts are created by us on request and are bound to a single active device at a time — signing in on a new device signs the previous one out. Fleet ("enterprise") accounts are provisioned and managed by the fleet operator under a separate arrangement.
3. Subscription and payment
Access to RideAssist is sold in fixed-length blocks of time (for example, 7, 30, or 90 days), paid for once per block via Razorpay. This is not an auto-renewing subscription — nothing is charged automatically, and access simply expires at the end of the period you paid for unless you purchase more. 4. Acceptable use
You agree to use RideAssist only for its intended purpose — assisting your own, legitimate driving work on platforms you are genuinely registered with. You may not use RideAssist to interfere with, defraud, or abuse any ride-hailing platform, other drivers, or riders.
5. No guarantee of accuracy
RideAssist reads ride offers directly off the screen of third-party apps we do not control. Those apps can change their layout or behavior at any time without notice, which may temporarily affect detection accuracy or cause a ride to be missed or misjudged. You remain solely responsible for every ride decision made on your account, including ones made automatically by RideAssist on your behalf, and for complying with the terms of the ride-hailing platforms you use.
6. Limitation of liability
RideAssist is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost earnings, missed rides, incorrect ride decisions, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or is used to abuse a ride-hailing platform. You may stop using RideAssist at any time; any unused portion of a paid access period is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RideAssist after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
